Noticed the OSS repo was broken when I tried to install perl-gnome2 for
shutter.

If you do a search via https://software.opensuse.org/package/perl-Gnome2
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/openSUSE:/Factory/snapshot/x86_64/perl-Gnome2-1.042-9.3.x86_64.rpm

Which doesnt exist, plus its not current as devel is.

http://download.opensuse.org/tumbleweed/repo/oss/suse/x86_64/
has only two files, missing perl-gnome2-1.42 which you would expect.

tumbleweed oss repo is missing files, perl-gnome2
package search doesnt show tumbleweed perl-gnome2 devel which is current
