For Leap 42.3 and Firefox 60 ESR, we appear to need rust >= 1.22.1 (based on 59.0.2), have 1.17.0. I see that we have the following now: SUSE:SLE-12-SP2:Update/rust 1.23.0 SUSE:SLE-12-SP2:Update/cargo 0.24.0
