Oh, wait. Reading https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=957526 it looks like you were actually referring to the software manager. But the option is there, just not working as expected. But that misbehavior is already covered by the mentioned bug#957526. So I'm not sure about this one (duplicate?).
