For 13.2:

The zypp devel repo at
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/zypp:/Code13_2-Branch/openSUSE_13.2
contains the fixes since zypper-1.11.24 (meanwhile zypper-1.11.32).
I just triggered a maintenance update for 13.2., so it should become available
in the official update repos soon.


For 13.1:

Unfortunately no backport here. The fix required some incompatible libzypp
ABI/API changes.
