Comment # 4 on bug 1140597 from Yifan Jiang

I have to reset the priority to the original value since it is used for
prioritize the contributor's backlog. IMHO, it is usually decided by release
team and used by people/group who are really working on it.

I am keeping the severity to maintain a common understanding to the impact of
the bug.
