YaST2 logs

I can confirm this issue on my machine.  The main YaST2 GUI runs fine, but
individual modules don't load (either by launching them from the GUI or the
command line).  Manually installing libyui-qt8 via zypper fixes the problem.

Attached are the requested logs.  (I had to truncate zypper.log to get it under
the 10 MB limit here.)
