(This does not happen > on all systems) Nothing special - just to have some deleted files in the trash; it is enough just to open "Trash" in Dolphin to view them; it gets even worse if you decide to restore a file or files - the system freezes. Especially what kind of conditions are you asking for? Please say if it is something specific and I'll check.
