Comment # 2 on bug 1189964 from Michal Kube������ek

The regression introduced by mainline commit 827318feb69c ("netfilter:
conntrack: remove helper hook again") was fixed in kernel 5.7 by commit
ee04805ff54a ("netfilter: conntrack: make conntrack userspace helpers work
again") so that the revert is no longer needed.

Pushed a drop of this patch.
