No, I literally meant the "u-boot" package! I have not seen this situation yet. If grub2 comes from SP2 then also all its sub-packages should come from SP2. As a side note, I don't think anyone needs grub2-arm-uboot anymore. Feel free to drop it if you enable armv7l for SP2. Currently on Factory our tools seem to default to arm-uboot target so that an explicit --target=arm-efi is needed.
