See here for a minimal example: https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/home:dziobian:test/bugbug According to https://fedora.pkgs.org/rawhide/fedora-x86_64/abseil-cpp-20211102.0-2.fc37.x86_64.rpm.html new abseil-cpp-devel has been available since March, and the version that OBS tries to pick is not in the repo anymore ��������� so the package is incorrectly shown as unresolvable.
