Composit screen-shot showing issue.
Tumbleweed / KDE desktop / Audacity 3.2.4-1.1
When "Analyze -> Measure RMS" displays it's result there is an initial empty
and transparent window shown below the results window.
See attached composite screenshot, on the left as initially displayed, on the
right with the topmost window moved to fully display the empty window below.
