Yes - this patch fixes the problem. I used the source package for
qemu-3.1.0-lp151.5.11.x86_64 - the source package for the actual update is
missing.

Btw: just detected, that qemu-4.0.0 does have a problem with pcie-passthrough.
I'm using a wlan card, which doesn't work with qemu 4.0.0 passed through.
