For completeness sake, can you provide which version of PulseAudio you have (i.e. `pactl --version`). PA8 recently introduced to Tumbleweed has a new routing mechanism. (but it was after the TW rebuild). Can you check `pactl list sinks` before and after suspend-resume cycle? This will help to see what pulseaudio actually see as outputs.
