The above packages don't come from the standard repo, If you use zypper you are
going to have to use zypper in -f --from <whatever the name of your main repo
is> to get back in sync because zypper defaults to --no-allow-vendor-change. If
you use yast2 select the correct version via the version tab.

This has the correct version.

I thought I saw python3-3.8 in my last update but I was mistaken.
The patch for python 3.7 is incorporated in git and also in blender-2.79b-11.2
