For building mingw32 packages, the Leap repositories use the `rpmlint` package, while the Tumbleweed uses `rpmlint-mini` and leads to errors because apparently the filters predefined by the mingw32 are ignored, see bug 1190304. This package should include the filters defined in /etc/rpmlint and /usr/share/rpmlint.
