Also have this issue as well, if the browser startup happens when Chromecast
(one of the original versions, but up-to-date firmware-wise) is powered up
(even though on a different subnet/IP range, but still routable to).

If one turns off the respective TV powering the Chromecast, browser startup
works fine (albeit the restore of open tabs seems to be affected). Yet if the
Chromecast is turned back on (even if not in direct use) while the browser is
running, it crashes within the startup period of Chromecast.
