Installed latest version of Gramps from Gnome:Apps repo. Tried to start it but it failed so ran it from console and got the following messages: ++++ .gramps.gen.utils.grampslocale.WARNING: ICU not loaded because No module named 'PyICU'. Localization will be impaired. Use your package manager to install PyICU cairo python support not installed. Install cairo for your version of python Gramps will terminate now. ++++ The PyICU module does not exist in OSS or Gnome:Apps. Not sure what Cairo module is needed; half-a-dozen likely modules are installed including python-cairo. I've back-tracked to the version on OSS, 4.0.4, but this is not compatible with the earlier 4.1.n versions I'd installed from Gnome:Apps.
