Bluetooth status in GNOME
Sometimes when the Bluetooth status is "disabled", the suggested action in the
GNOME menu is "Turn Off" (instead of "Turn On"). So yo have to "Turn Off" even
if it's off, just to be able to see (if at all) a "Turn On" again.
