Thanks. This is fixed with 
package autoyast2:

- Downloading init scripts to /mnt during first installation stage.
  (bnc#960907,bnc#961320)
- 3.1.110

The problem is that you need a DUD for using this. Or waiting for the next
release.
The "inline" init scripts are working correctly.
