Unfortunately it looks like aspell-dictionaries in Leap wasn't updated since
then, which means aspell-de is still missing in Leap 15.x.

Eric and Petr, do you think this would be worth a maintenance update for Leap?
(We just had a disappointed Leap user on the german mailinglist who missed
aspell-de.)
