On both aarch64 with X11 Forwarding via ssh and on x86_64 natively, the final
installation step "Installation wird durchgef�hrt" (Performing installation?)
shows two tabs, "Details" and "Versionshinweise f�r openSUSE" (Release notes?),
of which the former is shown by default, and progress bars and text updates
okay.

When clicking on the latter tab nothing immediately happens.

Similarly, nothing immediately happens when clicking on the Help button.

Only once the progress bar reached ~90% of package installation did it switch
the tab and open the help dialog.


As a side note, the release notes have the email of the last translator credits
weirdly standing out, broken into two extra lines rather than in the first
paragraph in a consistent font.
