Issue found: All files in libKF5WIdgetsAddons5-lang are marked as being translations for the language "qt" as all are called like: /usr/share/locale/sq/LC_MESSAGES/kwidgetsaddons5_qt.qm /usr/share/locale/sr/LC_MESSAGES/kwidgetsaddons5_qt.qm ... Workaround: Install libKF5WidgetsAddons5-lang manually For plasma-pk-updates the "Last updated: " translation is not available anywhere AFAICT.
