Every time I patch my Leap 15.3 server it complains about missing requirements
for python 3.9.6:

homesrv:~ # zypper patch

Patch 'openSUSE-SLE-15.3-2021-2816-1' is optional. Use 'zypper in
patch:openSUSE-SLE-15.3-2021-2816' to install it, or '--with-optional' to
include all optional patches.

Problem: nothing provides 'python39-base = 3.9.6' needed by the to be installed
python39-3.9.6-4.3.4.x86_64
Solution 1: Following actions will be done:
  deinstallation of python39-dbm-3.9.4-2.4.x86_64
  deinstallation of python39-curses-3.9.4-2.4.x86_64
  deinstallation of python39-3.9.4-2.4.x86_64
  deinstallation of python39-setuptools-44.1.1-7.3.1.noarch
  deinstallation of python39-pip-20.2.4-7.5.1.noarch
Solution 2: do not install patch:openSUSE-SLE-15.3-2021-2940-1.noarch
Solution 3: break python39-3.9.6-4.3.4.x86_64 by ignoring some of its
dependencies

homesrv:~ # zypper se -sdx python39-3.9.6-4.3.4.x86_64

I usually go with option 1 and de-install the dbm, curses etc. however, there
seems to be a more fundamental configuration error in the spec file of the
python39 package. As next time it comes again (for weeks now).

Maybe the package owner can check about the 3.9.6 vs 3.9.4 package dependecies.

BTW: Python 3.10 is now officially released. Will it made available to 15.3?
