## Observation

openQA test in scenario opensuse-Tumbleweed-DVD-x86_64-extra_tests_on_kde@64bit
fails in
[libqt5_qtbase](https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/1072910/modules/libqt5_qtbase/steps/21)

the pkcon call asks to install multiple packages, of which one is already
installed. Newly, this is RETVAL 7 for PK, but it cancells the entire
transaction.

The behavior of zypper is better in this regards: accept the queue to be done,
ignore the one already installed

## Test suite description

## Reproducible

Fails since (at least) Build
[20191024](https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/1065903)

## Expected result

Last good: [20191023](https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/1065144) (or more
recent)

## Further details

Always latest result in this scenario:
[latest](https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/latest?arch=x86_64&distri=opensuse&flavor=DVD&machine=64bit&test=extra_tests_on_kde&version=Tumbleweed)
