Comment # 16 on bug 960392 from Jean-Daniel Dodin

reinstalling Leap seems to fix the problem.

Given the strangeness of the bug I suspect it was some sort of corruption
during an update or the initial install.

I reinstalled only root (/) and all boot again as expected, so I close the bug
as wontfiw
