Problem: nothing provides python-openvswitch-dpdk = 2.5.0 needed by openvswitch-dpdk-vtep-2.5.0-18.1.x86_64 Solution 1: do not install openvswitch-dpdk-ovn-2.5.0-18.1.x86_64 Solution 2: break openvswitch-dpdk-vtep-2.5.0-18.1.x86_64 by ignoring some of its dependencies The reason for that is that we do not provide (and we shouldn't) python packages for the DPDK OvS so the dependencies need fixing to require the non-DPDK python subpackages.
