Comment # 13 on bug 943735 from Olli Tuominen

I run on kde konsole as root:
# localectl set-x11-keymap fi

and this will give Finnish keymapping after reboot too.

~> localectl
   System Locale: LANG=POSIX
                  LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8
       VC Keymap: fi
      X11 Layout: fi

So I that fi-kotoistus is wrong and also it should set X11 to fi too.
