The new openssh (6.8+) version fingerprints now have the hash algorithm prepended. Keychain has to be upgraded also. The warning message is: * Warning: Can't determine fingerprint from the following line, falling back to filename See e.g. https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=194978 Otmar Stahl
