The software update list searches for './x86_64/php8-<*>-8.1.4-lp153.59.1.x86_64.rpm' but in the repository 'https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/Padom/15.3/' there are only files './x86_64/php8-<*>-8.1.4-lp153.63.1.x86_64.rpm' (.63. instead of .59.)
