Leap 42.3 ibus-hangul sources come from SLE-12-SP2.
15.0 sources come from SLE-15.

If we accept https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/678455, the Leap packages
will be forked from SLE and will have to be maintained separately.
If we issued a SLE maintenance update instead, it'll fix both SLE and Leap
without the need for separate packages on openSUSE.

Cliff, please check whether the SLE ibus-hangul packages work without the
missing python2-gobject Requires.
If not, then please submit a maintenance update so we won't have to fork the
packages.
