Comment # 3 on bug 1197980 from Stefan Dirsch

So, indeed "ch(de_nodeadkeys)" instead of "ch" is still being used despite of
the PR https://github.com/yast/yast-country/pull/220 for boo#1142273. It seems
to me these github sources are not used at all for yast2-country package. No
idea how this all works together. I even can't find the fix in yast2-country of
factory. Reassigning to YaST guys.
