After updating to plasman 5.27.1 TW 20230224 the scaling has changed and fonts, titlebars, toolbars are tiny. However window decorations and the panel are OK, they are the same size as before. It might be relevant that I'm running on a 27" 4K monitor. I also have kscreen2 disabled. Something similar also happened a bit on 5.27, but logging out and logging in most often fixed it.
