Perhaps the removal of scsi_done was one of those backports we should rather
have avoided. 

KMPs typically check LINUX_VERSION_CODE for detecting API features like this,
which will obviously fail for backports.

Well, it's too late now I suppose. I expect that this problem will effect every
SCSI partner KMP.
