Yes, you're right. 

And this is because distribution-logos-openSUSE-icons provide

 /usr/share/hicolor/scalable/distributor-logo-Leap.svg

which is what gnome-control-center expects. In comment#5, I suggested expecting
distributor-logo.svg instead of distributor-logo-Leap.svg to fix this problem.
File distributor-logo.svg is provided by these two packages.
