Our official position is that we don't support heimdal, as maintaining two
separate kerberos implementations is a large responsibility.

However, we do understand that the functionality with MIT isn't up to the level
of the embedded heimdal, and we'd be happy to work with you and establish a
build that uses the embedded heimdal in our community repository, perhaps in
network:samba:STABLE or a subproject of that.  

Would you be willing to work with us in kicking this off?
