Still a problem with 42.3, and you don't have the option of rolling back to an
older unaffected version here as you do on 42.2.

With yast2-services-manager-3.2.1-1.4.noarch, launching services-manager is
slightly improved (but still far too slow), taking 34 seconds now.  However
during autoyast installation it's even slower, taking 5m11s.  FYI, services
configuration appears to have moved to the first stage now.

My 42.3 VM installation took 25 minutes thanks to this (used to be 10-15min).
