Have a Gigabyte Auroras 5 motherboard 2. Attempt to open alsa for the motherboard's onboard sound Actual Results: ALSA lib simple_none.c:1550:(simple_add1) helem (MIXER,'Master Playback Switch',0,1,0) appears twice or more cannot load mixer controls: Invalid argument Expected Results: Alsa mixer opens I'm experiencing really low volume levels, which I believe to be related to being unable to adjust the volume at the ALSA mixer level.
