This remains invalid: Fix your spec file.  There are 6000 TeXLive packages and
you might choose those your package requires to be build. In your case one of
the required packages is texlive-metafont (and NOT texlive-metafont-bin),
better texlive-metafont-beginners, or to get a basic installation
texlive-collection-basic ... installing only texlive is not valid since several
years now.
