Through a quick glance, there is nothing obviously wrong in the log.  Could you
try to boot working Leap 15.0 kernel with drm.debug=0x0e and get the same
kernel log for comparison?

FWIW, I tested Leap 15.1 kernel with my CherryView laptop, and it worked fine.
Though, my system is still Leap 15.0 user-space, and another chip variant
(8086:22b0), so they aren't identical.

BTW, what desktop environment are you testing?
