PackageHub can ship any package that the community sees fit to do so. So far
nobody in the community has done so, not even for Tumbleweed. So to answer your
question is: No, there is no package right now that can be shipped in
PackageHub.

You could go ahead and do the work yourself or help the customer do it, or ask
Darix, or get the resources to do so when it is a SLE feature. In any case the
package needs to go into Tumbleweed first.
