i tested your rpm i installed.

this does  not work.

if i click in "states&notifications" on bluetooth icon
then
bluedevil says that there is no bluetooth card and i can't activate bluetooth

if i uninstalled your rpm then copy/past my BCM20702A1-0a5c-21e8.hcd to
/lib/firmware/brcm/
then
no problem
