In AppStream. Name is nothing that is conflicting and can exist multiple times
- duplicate IDs are being blocked out already (we used to publish the
-failed.xml.gz too in the past, but to many people cared to even look at it, so
we stopped generating them. It listed all packages that were being dropped from
the AS metadata)
