No, that's part of nvidia-gfxG05-kmp-default packgaes

That was the temporary workaround, This won't be needed with the next driver
package update. With that nvidia-gfxG05-kmp-default 
will include  /etc/dracut.conf.d/60-nvidia-default.conf with the same content,
i.e. nvidia modules won't be added any longer to initrd.
