GNOME 3.36 uses a plain grey color for the background of screen shield and dropped noise-texture.png. We can adjust the gdm greeter background in TW which is empowered by gnome-shell-fate324570-Make-GDM-background-image-configurable.patch. But setting `org.gnome.desktop.background.lockdialog picture-uri` to null is obviously invalid. I am going to bring back noise-texture.png and set it as the default picture-uri. Will test in my VMs and submit later.
