are all the dependencies to sysvinit(network) in the packages
required/obsolete?
Perhaps we should simply drop them -- what do you think?

Somehow, we have to trigger the installation of wicked and/or
NetworkManager....

An other set of deps is through sysconfig requiring sysvinit(network) / ifup;
it was required for update from 13.1 or older, but probably it makes sense to
cleanup this in factory... [low prio / for next version when 13.1 is EOL].
