Recently grub2 package changed. But the openQA issue is not related with
sdbootutil

The original issue (failing build of BLS images) seems to be that KIWI
generates a /etc/sysconfig/bootloader file with LOADER_TYPE=grub2-efi, but
those images expect LOADER_TYPE=grub2-bls, hence the error of not bootloader
found.
