Hi. I used geekbench benchmark.

CPU performance drop is present right after starting VM with *-IBRS profile and
restores only with CPU power reset (reboot or suspend/resume). Even stopping
all VM's not solves the problem. I checked this many times and I am 100% sure
that it is caused by VM with this profile. There are no other workloads on the
host, but CPU is almost two times slower.

And as I said IvyBridge profile without IBRS works just fine.
