I am strongly against moving it to -debuginfo. I don't want to download
gigabytes just because of few MBs. I often live w/o debuginfo when debugging,
symbols are far enough.

But this is OK by me. Maybe simply -vmlinux.

pesign-obs-integration might need a change when the location or rpm name
changes too.
