Works fine here. I don't normally use discord (prefer canary) so I had to install it and went so far as to clear out ~/.config/discord/0.0.8/ too. Tested voice chat, notifications and embedded content. Just to make sure I also installed it on a work laptop. Again no issues. My only suggestion would be to update tumbleweed to something newer than 9 months old and try again. You really shouldn't install anything without updating first with tumbleweed. After that *force* reinstall discord to overwrite your changes. If that doesn't work, then quit it and hop into /usr/lib64/discord and run ldd libffmpeg.so and post the output. Then run discord from terminal and hopefully you'll see an error you can investigate. If it does an update, quit then run it from console again.
