Hallo Raymond! I feel very missunderstood. My comment #5 asks only, wheather " <allow own="org.freedesktop.KDE:/Qt5/"/> " could cause my problems. Therefor in commment #5 I copied a part of etc/dbus-1/system.d/org.freedektop.login1.conf, which containes the line " <allow own="org.freedesktop.KDE:/Qt5/"/> " . Desperately I renamed my "org.freedesktop login1.conf" into "org.freedesktop login1.conf-old". Then I installed again systemd with Yast from tumbleweed. The new file "org.freedesktop login1.conf" has "<allow own="org.freedesktop.login1"/>" instead of "<allow own="org.freedesktop.KDE:/Qt5/"/>". (!!!) A few days before and also earlyer today I made a reinstallation of systemd and I had expected, that all systemd-files would be rewritten too, but now I learned, that I was wrong. Only deleeting or renaming will force YAST to write a new file. This was my problem, I did not now that! (The only third-party software, I installed on my OS was "bleachbit". In etc/dbus-1/system.d/ , there is " org.freedektop.login1.conf " , there are only *.conf-files. None has a *.rpm* -ending. How the the wrong line came into the file I will never know.)
